Product Description

The Changeover Valve is an independently developed product by our company, drawing on similar overseas product designs and adapting them to domestic service conditions (Patent No.: ZL 2011 2 0434286.6). This valve is used together with a safety valve to enable online switching of safety valves.

The Changeover Valve Lockable Combination is another new product independently developed by our company, also based on similar overseas product designs and domestic service conditions (Patent No.: ZL 2015 2 0719490.0). This device comprises a Changeover Valve on the inlet side, a Changeover Valve on the outlet side, and two identical safety valves installed in the middle. A reducing joint can be provided if necessary to facilitate connection transitions. As an upgraded version of the safety valve fast-switching device, it employs a universal coupling and worm gear mechanism to synchronize the actions of both Changeover Valves. This synchronization enables simultaneous interception at the inlet and outlet of any safety valve, allowing online switching between the in-service safety valve and the standby safety valve. It is particularly suitable for systems with backpressure at the safety valve outlet, ensuring the safety of dismantling a valve requiring maintenance.
